Later, Harry joins Sheriff Mike’s (Corey Reynolds) weekly poker game hoping to make a few new friends and perhaps wean out the chattel of potential servants to join him and Asta in his bunker. The poker game also gives the sheriff ample opportunity to learn more about the good doctor as well as take the mayor’s money in a hand or two of poker. In this week’s episode, “Girls Night,” Alex Borstein guest stars as Carlyn, Kate’s (Meredith Garretson) cousin. After the end of last week’s episode, Harry finds himself in a bit of a jam with Sheriff Mike and Deputy Liv (Elizabeth Bowen). Will he be able to get out of his predicament so he can enjoy a slice of pizza? Cue Kool & the Gang as the ladies of Patience get together to enjoy a girl’s night out, leaving the men of Patience to fend for themselves.
